These Terms and Conditions represent a legally binding policy, that will protect both parties throughout the process.

Complaints, returns and replacement

 

The Laser Lab accepts no responsibility for errors created through issues in designs made by 3rd parties or the customer.

We also do not return goods based on satisfaction with material finish. Once you have received your sample or design and have accepted the finished product, no returns will be allowed. If your goods are damaged in delivery, please contact us immediately. In this instance photos and all necessary details will be required to ensure the correct process is followed.

 

The Laser Lab accepts no consequential losses incurred due to late work.

 

Your information and privacy

 

We do not share any personal information collected through our service, unless previous consent is obtained.

We retain the right to share your information in the event that disclosure is required under European and Irish law, and/or to protect the best interests of our company in the court of law.

 

Ordering

 

All designs should conform to the technical guidelines provided by the Laser Lab.

Any changes to the agreed design after acceptance of sample / designs, will incur charges.

 

Pricing, Discount and Payment

 

All pricing and quotes will be explained thoroughly before payment is taken. All discounts to be approved by the Laser Lab.

All orders must be paid for in advance of dispatch. Accounts not available.

 

Intellectual Property

 

Any work the Laser Lab completes for companies will be completed with the utmost discretion. The Laser Lab will not use, share or resell any designs created by customers without previous consent.

 

Changes to Business Terms

 

The Laser Lab reserves the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time.
