Laser Engraving is a process where a laser engraving machine, uses pin point accuracy to mark a product or material in a desired way without damaging the overall surface.

This technique is an excellent replacement for previous manual techniques. Not only is it faster but it is far more accurate and provides a consistent finish every time. In order to achieve this though an advanced laser engraving system is required in order to obtain the required finish. In our case we use a Trotec speedy 300.

Engraving is used by a number of industries as a alternative to printing due to the longevity of the finish and the speed and precision at which they preform.

Laser Engraving is a precise art and because of that it needs a precise machine to complete the task. Laser engraving machine use a vector file in order to tell them exactly where needs engraving. Using a process called raster engraving the machine will process a vector file and use the path provided in the file to quickly and accurately remove the desired amount of material from the surface.
